We do not provide refund on any items. Unboxing video of shipment is mandatory to process any damage / missing request. Refunds are directly processed to the Debit/Credit or Bank Account which you used to make payments. All Cash on Delivery orders will get credit of the said refund in their Account for further use.
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can Exchange your Order within a period of 7 days and exchange it with other products of same value.

However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so, Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are Exchanged in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition.
You may Exchange a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being Exchanged needs to be Exchanged in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for Exchanges.
Despite every effort to accurately match products colours listed on the website, please note that colours may vary due to monitors. Therefore, you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual colour, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable.
All refunds made online will be returned via the original payment method used.
For purchases made by a gift card, store credit or product exchange, only a store credit voucher will be offered as compensation.
Refunds for online orders will be processed within the next week after a return or refund is confirmed, as these must be handled by accounts and processed back through the payment gateway using the original payment method.
